Please allow one business day for all orders to be processed and shipped. AreYouGame.com does not process or ship orders over the weekends or on holidays. All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. If your order is received by us no later than 10:00 a.m. PST Monday through Friday, it will be processed the same day. Your order will be shipped from Memphis, TN. Click here to see the UPS Ground posted transit times from our warehouse in Memphis, TN. Our Standard Shipping packages are currently shipping via UPS Ground. UPS Ground operates on a Monday-Friday schedule. Delivery times to residential addresses can range from 9am until 7pm in certain areas. Most packages are delivered by 5pm, though. UPS has a full range of answers to commonly asked questions. Please feel free to browse their FAQ section in order to find answers to any additional questions you may have.

We want to make returns as easy as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise in undamaged packaging within 45 days of receiving the order. Carefully re-package any item you want to return and ship to the following address:

Please note that you may need to file a claim with the return carrier if the package is damaged upon receipt.

For your refund
If you choose a refund, upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. If you refuse delivery of an order, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. If you are missing any parts, please call 1-800-471-0641 to request the missing parts instead of returning the entire order.

During the Holiday Season, we extend our 45-Day Return Policy to cover any gifts that might be ordered. Orders placed from November 8th through December 31st may be returned until January 31st.
